Come build the software that professional regulation runs on.
Alinity is the regulatory management platform used by colleges, licensing bodies and councils across Canada. We are a Canadian enterprise SaaS company, with product, engineering, implementation and support all in-house, and the work has a meaningful effect on how professionals get licensed and how the public is protected.
Every registration is a professional getting licensed, renewed or reinstated, and a regulator meeting its statutory duty. Four million by 2030 is how we hold ourselves to reach and scale: more regulators, more professions, more of the work handled on one defensible record.
It is also the number every role here connects to. If you want a goal you can point your own work at, this is it.
Our core values
Five values, used in practice: how we hire, how we give feedback, and how we decide when a call is close.
Who we hire
Most of our hiring falls into three groups. Titles and levels vary, and in every one of them we hire for cultural fit and alignment with our core values.
- You ship, then improve: pragmatism over purity
- Comfortable owning a feature end to end, including the messy domain reading
- You care that the person on the other end can defend the decision the software recorded
- You translate between legislation, committee practice and software
- Patient with detail, direct about timelines and trade-offs
- Enterprise or public-sector SaaS onboarding experience is a strong signal
- You have run long enterprise cycles with multiple stakeholders and formal RFPs
- You would rather qualify honestly than force a fit
- You can explain a regulated buyer's problem back to them better than they can
